Floof Farm DG Katsura
Katsura has lots of “famous” grandparents in those lines. Why aren’t her parents famous yet? With LAs and shows cancelled last year they just haven’t had the opportunity. This lady has excellent genetics on her sire’s side Superior Genetics goes back back 4 generations and Katsura’s grandsire Castle Rock Bugatti has an excellent FS90 (VEE) LA score.
You can’t forget her dam’s side either. Granddam CH Night Heron Farm JB Katniss one of our favorite goats at Floof Farm and a bit further back Diji Farm MT Ariel (dam of R Serenity BS Steel Magnolia who placed 4th in a very competitive Junior Yearling class at Nationals).
Now this is a slow growing line. Both Katniss and Katana placed last place multiple times when shown as juniors. Katniss came into her own as a three year old and then finished at a four year old. Katana is still slowly inching up and we are very excited to show her as a three year old this year.
